5 DETROIT, MICHIGAN, TEMPLE THEATRE. Week of Mar. 14, 1904. Alfonso SYLVANO: Equillibrist. Does very good act of hand blancing and head balancing on brilliantly lighted pedestal. 10 mins. F S GEORGE H. WOOD: Monologist. With some good stuff and some rough stuff. His monologue is not what would be called refined, his delivery however is good. 25 min. in one. WILL H. SLOANE & CO.: In "The Funniest Act in Vaudeville", Assited by Yolande Wallace and Cathrine Hamilton. Sloan is an excellent comedian of the Lewis Mann type. His assistants are mediocre order and the sketch itself is not worthy of him. 20 mins. F. S. Eleanor Falk: Singing and dancing comedienne. She appeared to better advantage this week, than on her former appearance, and she seems to please our audience. 13 mins. in one. SMITH & FULLER: Musical artists. This is one of the best musical teams that we play. They met with instant favor and were the hit of the bill. 23 mins. F. S. Close in one. 3 mins. COLOINI-CLARION TROUPE: Four women and four men in tourbillon or whirling dances. While this act is showy, and up to our expectations, still we do not think that American audiences care very much for this style of work. 8 mins. F. S. Lewis McCORD & CO: Three men and two women in a bare stage act entitled "Her Last Rehearsal". The work of McCord himself is excellent but little can be said for his company. The playlet has good situations and on the whole it was diverting. 27 mins. F. S. JOHNSON, DAVENPORT & LORELLA: "Two footbal players and the Farmer". This is an excellent acrobatic act. There has been no new business introduced, since the first time it was presented here, but nevertheless it made good. 9 mins F. S.
