81 TEMPLE THEATRE, DETROIT, MICHIGAN. Week of June 6, 1904. HEDRIX & PRESCOTT. Man and woman in a [refined?] singing and dancing specialty. This is a very good little act for the money. The Dancing of Harry Hedrix being exceedingly good. 5 in 3 [8?] in one. MARLOWE PLUNKETT & CO: Two men and a woman in a [travesty?] "A Lesson in Shakespeare". The act is a little too talkative, but contains great many laughs and appeared to please our audience. 22 mins. F. S. SEIGER SISTERS: Cornetists. But one of these sisters appeared, the other being ill. I cannot recommend this act. 9 mins, in one. McPHEE & HILL: Two men in a horizontal bar and casting act. One of the best acts of the kind we have ever played. 8 mins. F. S. ELIZABETH MURRAY: Miss Murray goes very well with our audiences, but her selection of songs this time was not as good as on her previous appearance here. 13 mins. in one. ED. F. REYNARD: He is a ventriloquist of very good appearance and his mechanical figures worked up a great deal of applause. [16?] mins. F. S. MELANI TRIO: A man in instrumental and vocal selections. This is without question one of the best acts of this kind now in the country. While they have appeared here before on several occasions they were one of the big hits of the bill this time. 14 in one. ZEB & ZARROW TROUPE: Jelly Zeb, Harry Zarrow, Walter Wilson in a bicycle comedy act. This act is poor at any price. 22 mins. F. S.
