121 NEW YORK SHOW, WEEK OF AUGUST 22nd. KR 3 VAN LEER & DUKE.-- A man and a woman in an eccentric comedy sketch, the woman being rather the best of the team. She has quite a good voice and would make a hit singing Irish songs. The man is all right, but a little slow. The act is all right from a 3 a day stand point. 23 minutes, full stage, closing in one. NR 3 WALLER & McGILL. A man and a woman. They are both very neatly dressed and pretty good singers, and the comedy which they do while not great is pleasing, and they made a very favorable impression here. A good act for the opening of the bill. 19 minutes, full stage; can close in one if necessary. NH 3 WILLY & EDITH HART.--- A neat singing and dancing act. The turn has been seen on the circuit so frequently that comment in regard to it is unnecessary. It is a bright, pretty act. 11 minutes in one.
