143 TEMPLE THEATRE, DETROIT, MICH. Week of Sept. 5th, 1904 ALBURTUS & BARTRAN; The act closed with rubber ball bouncing. Club juggling, This act is of considerable merit. 15 mins. F. S. Close one. TenBrooke & Lambert & TenBrooke; Two men and one woman in a comedy singing and musical act. This is an excellent act. The comedy is good and the instrumental music is exceedingly good. 25 mins. F. S. COOPER & ROBINSON : Colored comedy singers and dancers. This is one of the best colored acts in the business. Consists of two men one very dark and one quite light. 15 mins. with drop. FOUR HUNTINGS: Presenting "Night in Fell House". This act is familiar to the great number of vaudeville managers and we consider it an excellent comedy acrobatic act. 17 mins, F. S. MR & [RS.?] WATEROUS: The man is a basso of considerable value and the woman a soprano considerable volume and the woman a soprano cinsiderable talent. They met with favor with our audience. Mansfield, Wilburg & Co: Presenting "The Shadow." This is a serious plalet concerning a gentleman counterfieter, and the climax and the anticlimax are about the strongest we have ever seen, in vaudeville. The audiencce was exceptionally well pleased with it. 25. mins. F. S. GEORGE W. MONROE: This well known comedian although he has a hard place on the bill following the Shadow went very strongly and held the stage for 21 minutes; SONON & PARIS: European Grostesques. This act is new to Detroit vaudeville patrons and they present an act that is hard to describe. 11 mins. F. S.
