188 REPORT KEITH VAUDEVILLE- MARYLAND THEATER Baltimore Md. Oct. 17th. 1904 - Week. Ford Sisters- A neat and well costumed dancing act. Both are splendid dancers and their act went very well. Pewitt - The mysterious face. A genuine novelty and I think one that will make the public talk. Howard Bros - Juggling banjoists. This act is well known to our audiences and always goes well. Claud Gillingwater & Co. - Their sketch "The Wrong Man" is an ordinary one but seemed to please although it suffers by comparison with those of Hawtrey, Bond, Dixey and Irish, which preceeded it. Clifford & Burke- Black face comedians. Their work is well done and the singing and dancing by Mr. Clifford made a decided hit. Henry Lee - In "Great Men- Past & Present". Mr. Lee's impersonations are exceedingly fine and go well with our people but the act has never seemed to draw any money to our house. Hines & Remington - In "Miss Patter of Patterson", their work although good is decidedly ancient and would be greatly improved by the addition of some new material. Les Freres Rigoletto- A revolving ladder act that is only fair. The Biograph - this week's selection of pictures is an improvement over last and is all right. Fred'k C. Schanberger
