190 REPORT OF THE SHOW, SHEA'S THEATRE, BUFFALO, WEEK OF OCT. 17th CHARLES HARA, European juggler, something on the order of Kara. His act is even better than I expected from reports received from other points and his work here is quite finished; full stage 12 minutes. WILLIAM MORROW, this is his first vaudeville appearance in several years and he does very well, sings a song or two, tells a few stories that seem to strike the audience as particularly good. At a reasonable figure he will do for No. 2 or 3 on almost any bill; all in one 11 minutes. EDDIE GIRARD & JESSIE GARDNER, in a skit called "Dooley & the Diamond." While this is a new act it reminds one very much of their old one, Girard playing an Irish policeman and a monkey same as usual. The act could be improved upon greatly, full stage 28 minutes. POLK & KOLLINS, banjoists. This act is too widely known to need comment. They are probably the best banjo team in the business, all in one 9 minutes. MABEL MCKINLEY, as big a hit and as big a drawing card as ever; full stage 12 minutes. JOHN E. CAMP, English comedian, goes very well with our audience and his eccentric stuff is quite humorous; all in one 12 minutes. BARNEY FAGAN & HENRIETTA BYRON, in a burletta entitled "Idle Fancy." Their talking and singing is fair but it is their dancing that makes the big hit of the act; full stage 21 minutes. FISHER A CARROLL, going bigger and better than they ever did here, all in one 17 minutes. LAVINE-CIMERON TRIO, a good lively dancing and acrobatic act; full stage 10 minutes. Kinetograph, all new pictures, 11 minutes.
