191 KEITH'S THEATRE, CLEVELAND, O. WEEK OF OCTOBER 17, 1904. KENNEDY & QUATRELLI. Jugglers. A bad act and not suitable for Cleveland. SNYDER & BUCKLEY. In their musical comedy, entitled "Blatz Wants a Drink". A good comedy act. The musical end of it is not the best. 24 minutes with 7 minutes in one. ADELAIDE HERRMANN. "Queen of Magic." This act is familiar to everybody on the circuit. She intends putting in one or two new tricks before the week is out, otherwise, she is doing the same thing she has done before. Time, 28 minutes, full stage. FRANK BUSH. "The Original Story Teller". Has some very good stories and goes well. Time, 20 Minutes, in one. KATHERINE BLOODGOOD. "The Contralto Singer". Don't like her selections. Think they are the poorest she has yet offered. However she is in good voice and was well received. Time, 10 minutes in one. EMMETT CORRIGAN & CO. In his race track drama entitled, "Jockey Jones" or "The Day of the Handicap". The scene is laid in a hospital and the sketch is of a melodramatic nature. There are four people in the cast and they are all good and the play is nicely done. The audience here didn't enthuse over it very much, due to the fact no doubt that the people here are not very familiar with the race track terms. I believe the sketch will be better received in the east than here, however its a good act though nothing great. I have seen others that I prefer. 22 minutes, full stage. FORD & WILSON. "Black Faced Comedians and Dancers". A very good act of its kind. They work entirely in one. Time, 15 minutes. THE JOSSELYN TRIO. In "Their pictures in the air". This act is nice to look at. They do nothing that is out of the ordinary but it pleases and that's about all. Their paraphernalia is suspended over the center of the stage. They have a dark backing and work in white tights with the lights all out excepting a spot light which gives the act a very attractive appearance. Time, 14 minutes in full stage. THE AMERICAN BIOGRAPH. We are showing three pictures this week which are good. 1. A Case for the Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. 2. " Nest Robbers. 3. " LAUNCHING OF THE BATTLESHIP 'CONNECTICUT'". L.M. EIRICK.
