Charlie Case. Mr. Case is giving us the act which he had some three or four years ago, and while very funny, does not bear so much repetition, and his value is lost in view of the fact that his material is stale. Something will have to be done to make these people get new stuff. The only way I know of, is to tell them we will not play them until they do, or cut their salary accordingly. 16 min. in one, 2 shows.

Girard & Gardner. In a new sketch utilising the same characters they had before. The act is good although not screamingly funny. Gerard's quiet effective methods are amusing and the act is all right. 25 minutes, full stage, 2 shows.

Nora Bayes. This girl, in practically the hardest place on the bill was unquestionably the hit of the show. Her songs are not particularly new but she renders them in a most effective manner and is entitled to all she gets. 14 min. in one, 2 shows.

Prospor Troupe. A very good rapid working troupe of acrobats, the first act of the kind we have had this season so doubly acceptable. 9 min. full stage, 2 shows.

Biograph. Fairly good assortment of miscellaneous pictures.
