223 MARYLAND THEATER - BALTIMORE MD. Keith Vaudeville Show - Week of November 7th. The Zarnes Scene wood in 4 - Time of act 12 minutes - Fairly good opening act. Al Carleton The Stringtown Yap- Drapery in 1- Time 14 minutes. Very bad. Duffy, Sawtelle & Duffy- Comedy sketch- Center door fancy in 3- Time 22 min. This act is only fair. Snyder & Buckley Musical team- Center door in 3- finish 10 minute encore in 1- time 28 minutes- Very good act. Went well with our audiences. Marcel's Bas Reliefs- Full stage - 17 minutes - This is a very artistic act with marvellous posings but it is a question whether it is appreciated as it deserves to be. Quigley Brothers Drapery in 1- time 16 minutes- Good talking act, which pleased our audience - Rose Stahl Interior- time 26 minutes - A very good sketch, which went well with our audience and won much applause. Collins and Hart Garden in 4 - time 17 minutes - A very good rough act, which relieves the balance of the program. Biograph The pictures this week are very good and fully satisfactory. Summary - The show upon the whole is evenly balanced and unusually good and pleases our audiences generally. Baltimore audiences however have never gone wild over vaudeville and as there is a very small floating population here the attendance is almost exclusively local. Fred'k C.
