SALERNO-2-Juggler. This man's act was fully described in last week's New York criticism. His work is far superior to anything in the juggling line in this house, and he held the audience's attention every minute he was on the stage, winning frequent applause and three curtain calls at his finish. EDDIE LEONARD & THE SHARP BOYS-2- Leonard has an act modeled after the one Primrose did with the Foley Twins, the only difference being that Leonard's is much better. He caarries his own scenery which is effective. The songs are well chosen nd well sung, while the dancing of the Sharp Boys is good. The act was a hit this afternoon, and is going to prove a winner all the week. 17 mins. Spec. 3 KEATONS-2-Act too well known for comment. Got the first advance applause of the day, and went fully as strong as usual, giving us the comedy we need in this bill. Whole act well received and laughed at . 25 mins. Rd Lans. in 4-Cot 3. Fence. CLAY CLEMENT & CO-2-Clay Clement supported by Mr. Lloyd and Karra Kenwyn in the playet entitled " The Baron's Love Story" This is the second time for Clement in this house, and while he went pretty well, he failed to make the impression of his former visit, due I think to his being too late on the bill. Will put him on earlier balance of the week. Clement and his company are good actors, and the sketch is well written, and has a good finish, but is rather too talky at the start. As a dramatic sketch, however, can be rated as a good act. 25 mins. Water Lans. 4 -cut wood 3- stone house, porch, steps etc. R. 2. GEO. 2. MONROE-2-This man in a hard place on the bill, managed to keep them laughing, and proved a good entertainer. Is doing his old Aunt Bridget monologue. Good act. 16 Mins. Drop. in 1. CHAS. BARON'S BURLESQUE DOG MENAGERIE-2-Second week for this man and his burlesque dog menagerie. Seemed to go just as well this week as last, although in a much harder place on the bill. Original and funny. 14 mins. Gar. in 4.
