REMARKS.--A superb bill all told, with scarcely a weak spot. And yet, with such a jammed house, the man or woman who could not get a laugh out of such an audience should be relegated to the rear, for the slightest thing gets a hand and the good things round after round of applause,, wh while as for Houdini, he had them standing up and shouting as I have never seen them do at any theatre in this country. This is certainly the banner engagement of the season, and we are not losing a trick to make it the richest harvest that is possible. Only cuts in Kent's acts, "Just Dorothy." (Kent) "What the hell's the matter with you? (Chunk) "Guess you damn fool."
