230 (2) GENARO & BAILEY CO: Some parts of this act is on the roughhouse order,-not appropriate for the Keith houses. The extra man is of no value. They could secure just as many laughs & have a better act without the man. Woman has improved greatly--has a better idea of comedy. The singing went very strong. Genaro's dancing made quite a hit. The encore in one was greatly appreciated. 22 min. full stage close in one about 3 min. HARRY GILFOIL: In his well known character imitation of "Baron Sands". Received a big lot of advance applause. Had the attention of the audience throughout. All of his imitations were strongly applauded. I think he went fully as strong as when last here. 22 min. full stage close in one about 4 min. CRESSY & DAYNE: Presenting the sketch:-"Bill Biffin's Baby." Act is the same as when presented here before. Received a big lot of laughs throughout. Two curtain calls on the finish. 26 min. full stage SEARL & VIOLET ALLEN CO: In their old act greatly elaborated with the addition of two men and a woman called the "New Reporter." Started off a little tame, but as the act contains plenty of action and some good lines, they managed to secure a number of laughs and closed strong. 18 min. in one MAREENA, NEVARRO & MAREENA: In a pretty fair equilibristic and contortion act. Some of the stunts were strongly applauded. The contortionist managed to secure some good laughs. 9 min.-full stage KINETOGRAPH: "Scenes from Life of an American Policeman." Interesting. "Pierrot's Revenge." Novel "Hallo-Hallo Grinder." Good comedy "From Christiana to the North Pole." Good photographically. NOTE: The show looks good on paper and is very expensive. There is not one good lively, quick-going act on the bill. With the frappe condition of the audience to-day, none scored any big success.
