WEEK COMMENCING DEC. 19th, 04.   PITTSBURG, PA.
ADA ARNOLDSON-9 minutes. Olio in one. Only a fair three a day singing turn.
THE ALLISONS-17 minutes. Interior. Close two minutes in one. In "Minnie From Minnesota". This is only a fair act and would not care to play it very late on the bill.
FLORENCE FAGAN-16 minutes. Interior. Kitchen set. This is a one person sketch taken from Chatterton, the Boy Poet. The sketch itself is fairly good but I do not think it suitable for vaudeville as it is entirely too pathetic and Miss Fagan is only fair.
HERBERT BROOKS-3 shows. Open in one then to two and close in one. Magic and box mystery. This is undoubtedly the best act of the kind I have ever seen, and it sure mystifies our patrons. The act goes very well around 8:20.
LAVINE CIMARON TRIO-Acrobatic comedy and dancing specialty. 10 minutes, full stage. This is a very good comedy act and far above the average act of this kind. They are going very big with us.
MILLS & MORRIS-In one. 12 minutes. 3 shows. Blackface minstrel girls. This is a very fair act and I feel that with a little more work they will improve. Miss Morris is very clever, I think fully as good as any one I have seen doing this kind of work. The act taken as a whole is far above the average three show act.
THE FADETTES-28 minutes. Palace. This act is too well known to need any criticism from us. It is going very well.
MURPHY & NICHOLS-Open in one about 5 minutes, then to full stage. Wood. Total time of the act 24 minutes. in "From Zaza to Uncle Tom". This is one of the best laughing acts that we have played this season. It is an act that is away from the ordinary and causes considerable talk on the outside.
ADAMINI & TAYLOR- 14 minutes in one. The Wandering Minstrels". Singing act. This act does very nicely aside from their talking which I consider very bad. I think the act could be improved by cutting the talking out entirely.
BURKE, LARUE & INKY BOYS-22 minutes, full stage. Singing, talking and dancing. Restaurant scene. This act is supposed to and can very easily close in one but claim that they cannot do so. They were very much dissatisfied with their place on the bill, wanting us to put them on ahead of Murphy & Nichols. I consider them the most disagreeable people in the business. Their act is going very well with us.
HILL & SYLVANI-Unicycle act. 9 minutes. This is without a doubt the best act of the kind in the business and always goes very big with us.
OSTRADO-3 shows. Novelty Gymnast. This is only a fair three a day act.
KINETOGRAPH "The Moonshiner". This is one of the best pictures that we have ever had. It has done so well for us that we have decided to keep it on next week.
