105 TEMPLE THEATRE, DETROIT, MICHIGAN. Week, of Feb. 27th 1905. MANNING & DREW "In the Irish Pawnbroker". This act does not amount to much, but does first rate for opening act. 12 mins. 3 can close in one. KENO, WELCH & MELROSE. Acrobatic act. This is an excellent acrobatic act but nothing startlingly new about it. 12 mins. F. S. MILES STAVORDALE QUINTETTE. Musical act Five men presenting an excellent banjo and harp act. All are trained musicians and their music is like liquid velvet. 16 mins. in one. BERT COOTE & CO. "A Lamb on Wall Street". Company consists of Guy Hastings and Helen Russell. Mr. Coote's first appearance in this country in three years. First time he has presented this act in some length of time. It is an exceptionably good playlet and Mr. Coote is an excellent actor. His support is fair. The act went very strong. 24 mins F. S. JOHN FORD & MAYME GEHRUE Sing & Dance Their dancing of course is the feature as neither of them can sing. they were accorded an ovation as they have a very strong finish. 17 mins. in 3, can open and close in one. LEWIS McCORD & CO. "Her Last Rehearsal". This is a very strong bare stage act and it went as formerly very strong. 28 mins. F. S. EMPIRE CITY QUARTETTE Singing Best singing and comedy quartette in vaudeville. 18 mins. in one. DE KOE TRIO Balancing act. Two men and a boy in a head balancing act of great merit. 9 mins. F. S. KINETOGRAPH "Automobile Races" on Ormond Beach, Florida. Very good but short.
