111 KEITH'S THEATRE - - CLEVELAND, O. - - MAR. 6, 1905. SMEDLEY-ARTHUR SKETCH CLUB. in an act called "The Little Mother" There's nothing to this act at all, excepting the two little children. Time 22 minutes full stage. DIXON & HOLMES, billed "Singing Comedians" Their act consists mostly of impersonations, and is most all talking. They sing but three short songs. It's only a fair act, and don't care to play it again. Time 18 minutes in one. MARTINI & MAX MILLIAN, Burlesque Magic Act. This is a good act of its kind, for an early place on the bill. It's been seen here too often. Time 23 minutes full stage, closing 5 minutes in one. HINES & REMINGTON, in their specialty entitled "Miss Patter of Paterson" This act was roasted by the papers here this morning, without reason. This is a good act of its kind, and would no doubt have gone better here if there had not been so much talking on the bill. Time 22 minutes in one. MARY NORMAN in her character specialty entitled "Masks & Faces" This is a good high-class act. It draws no money but makes good on the bill. Time 19 minutes full stage. McWATTERS, TYSON & CO. in an act called "Scenes in a Drawing Room" Where they get this title from, I don't know. They open their act in a drawing room for about 3 minutes. After that they go every place, and do everything. It's a hodge-podge of good and bad stuff. Act doesn't go very well here. McWatters spent a lot of time and money in trying to get a novelty act. Some things in it are very good. Others are not. Miss Taylor's imitations are not just the proper thing. Time 22 minutes full stage. HARPER, DESMOND & BAILEY, Colored Entertainers. I've had other colored acts previous to this one that were much stronger, at least they were better received here with our audience. Their act consists of the usual run of stuff, talking, singing and dancing. Time 20 minutes in one. THREE YOSCARYS. Acrobats. This is a familiar act, having played all the houses. there is nothing much to the comedy, but the acrobatic stuff is very good. Time 15 minutes full stage. AMERICAN BIOGRAPH. I am running 3 films, A Race for a Kiss, Putting up the Swing, and The Cheeky Traveler. They are all 3 good pictures. Time 10 minutes. L. M. EIRICK.
