April 3d, 05. PITTSBURG, Pa.
JOHN ZIMMER- Juggler. 12 minutes in one. This is one of the best little acts of the kind in the business. We have him on the bill at 8:10 and he is going very big.
THEO. MORSE TRIO-Singing and piano playing. 15 minutes in two. This is only a fair act and do not think I would want to play it a return.
MR. & MRS. KELCY-"In Trust". 20 minutes. Kitchen. This is only a fair act, not near as good as their act of last season.
CHAS. ERNEST-Black face monologue in one. 15 minutes. Mr. Ernest is not doing very well for us-not as well as during his former engagement. He is not singing as good.
O. HANA SAN- 12 minutes, special drop. Japanese living pictures. I do not consider this a good act.
ELIZABETH MURRAY- 14 minutes in one. Songs and stories. Miss Murray is going very well with us.
FOUR HUNTINGS- Interior, 18 minutes. Can close in one about 4 min. Comedy acrobatic singing and dancing act in their comedy "A Night In A Fool House. This is undoubtedly the best act of the kind we have played. It is going very big with us.
VASSAR GIRLS- 20 minutes, open 10 minutes in one, close full stage. Eight young ladies playing brass and reed instruments and finish with their electric dance which is very effective. This act is much improved since we last played it and I now consider it a very good act. It is going very big with us.
SYDNEY GRANT- 18 minutes in one. Monologue and imitations. Mr. Grant is going very big with us.
SAM ELTON- This man fight a lot of plates and does a number of falls. He bills himself the comedian juggler. The act is away from all others and is going very big with us. I consider the act very good.
ELLEN RICHARDS- Wire act. 8 minutes full stage, garden. This is a very good act for the three a day section-much above the ordinary.
LORAINE & [GRAY?]- Comedy singing and dancing- 3 shows. 14 minutes in one. This is a very fair three a day act.
