177 New York Criticism May 15th, 1905. Zella and his dog "Dot" Full stage, two shows, eleven minutes. this man is a pretty fair equilibrist, assisted by a well trained dog. The act is nicely dressed and very acceptable for an early place. He is only booked for two shows a day and as we desire the time, he very kindly consented to do three. Margaret Wilson This young woman is the genuine English Music hall singer, wearing tights, which is not appropriate for the "Keith's houses". Her voice is only fair, while she has a very attractive personality. Will change her to open the show to-night. Drapery in one, three shows, ten minutes. Curtis and May Man and woman, German singing and talking comedy. Nothing sensational, merely a pleasing little act for an early place, just manage to get a little applause. Sixteen minutes in one, three shows. Delphina and Delmora Man and woman, in a grotesque musical act. Playing various musical instruments attached to their costumes, with electrical effects. Rather novel, although an old idea, having been seen here years ago. The act is nicely presented and valuable for the three a day. Full stage, thirteen minutes, with about two minutes in one, three shows. Techow's Cats Well known, only played 8 weeks ago, but went fully as strong as before. Full stage, two shows, thirteen minutes. Carleton Macy and Maud Hall Presenting the comedy "A Timely Awakening" Material and [...] remain the same as when last presented. They secured a big lot of laughs, with two curtain calls on the finish. Twenty-one minutes, two shows. Will F. Denney Descriptive Vocalist. First time here in three years. His voice is just as good as ever. Selections excellent. Received applause after each number. Two shows, eleven minutes in one. Happy Jack Gardner Black face monologuist and parody singer. His monologue does not amount to much, but certainly gets them on his parodies. He received the biggest lot of laughs up to this time and holds down this place in good shape and I believe he could make good further down. Nineteen minutes in one, two shows. Leslie-Dailey & Co Three men and woman in the comedy "Going Abroad" big. Eleven minutes, full stage, two shows. Biograph The Apple Thief Fair Winter Travelling by Moonlight Very pretty The Flower Fairy Fair The Wedding Good photographically
