170 TEMPLE THEATER. DETROIT, MICH., MAY 15, 1905. Criticism of J. H. Finn. JULIAN D. [ELTIMOE?]-Female impersonator. He is the best ever seen on any stage. Above criticism. 11 min. in two. Close in one, or can open in one and close in two. Full stage would be better. BUD SNYDER-The best circus bicycle act ever seen here. He carried an immense amount of parnaphalia and does stunts never before attempted in this line of work. 17 min. F. S. ADGIE AND HER LIONS-The most sensational and thrilling act on the stage. She has improved the act considerable since her last appearance. Her lions, three in number, are sleek, well-fed and ferocious. She also carries a cub lion that creates considerable interest. 15 min. F. S. FLOOD BROTHERS-Acrobatic comedy act of considerable merit. They opened our show and made good all the time. 9 min. F. S. Close in one. HOMER B. MASON & MARGUERTIA KEELER CO.-Presenting "Hooked by Crook." Although this act has been presented here on former occasions it went just as strong as on its first presentation and was fully as enjoyable as anything in the same line presented this season. 18 min. F. S. HUGHES MUSICAL TRIO--Two men and a woman, lately recruited from the burlesque stage. They made good every minute they held the stage, but could close stronger if they finished with the cornets instead of the saxaphones. 13 min. F. S. Close in one 3 min. DIXON, BOWERS AND DIXON-These three rubes have been before the public in the same act so long that comment is unnecessary. While they were well received they did not go with the scream that they did on the occasion of their first appearance. 10 min. F. S. Three in one. LARKINS & PATTERSON-This colored man and woman did not score as heavily this time as they did the last time here. However it is a rattling good act for the money. 15 min. in one. N. B.-This is a corking good show for any time in the year and that it was appreciated by the audience was attested by the immense amount of applause that greeted every act.
