2. WILLIS FAMILY, Musical-act:- 20 min. F.S. 2 shows. Practically the same act as last week, with one change in program. Got the house just as strong as before, and showed that they have made good our previous report. They make a fine showing on the stage and are valuable at any time between eight and nine. SHEAN & WARREN, "Kidding Captain Kidd":- 20 min. F.S. 2 shows. This is an amusing sketch, with a lot of hits of the rougher order, in fact, it is a gallery sketch more than one appealing to the Orchestra-section. Kept the audience in good humor, however, up to the end and closed good with two curtain calls. "THAT QUARTET",: 23 min. in 1. 2 shows. This is the greatest male musical feature that we have ever had, and thoroughly made good the New York recommendation. Everyone of the selections won tremendously. They were compelled to respond to an encore and two curtain calls. Each one of them is a soloist of rare merit, and their ensemble work is something great in the perfection of tone and blending of harmony. We have billed them big, and they will certainly pull some money to the house this week. EDOUIN & EDWARDS, "A Bachelor's Dream":- 29 min. F.S. 2 shows. This is a clever sketch, full of comical situations. Miss Edouin plays five parts. The bachelor is supposed to go to sleep and dream that he married five wives in various parts of the world and as they all turn up one after another, he is at a loss to know how to dispose of them. The changes by Miss Edouin are quickly done. Whereas there is nothing distinctive to give the illusion of many characters, such as Courtleigh, nevertheless there is plenty of humor, many surprises in the act. Edwards as the bachelor, is genuinely funny, and they make an excellent comedy team. I think this act will hold this place with the evening audiences, even stronger than the afternoon. GEORGE EVANS,"Honey Boy", Monologue:-21 mins. in 1. 2 shows. Varied the first half of his act with a lot of local stuff and a song on the Real Estate Trust which went with a shout. The monologue on Atlantic City was the same as last week, and went quite as well. Think that he will continue to go just as big a card as ever. On his waltz song he won out even better than last week, taking five curtain calls. He is certainly "the goods" here. THE FOUR HARVEYS:-Wire-act:-20 min. F.S. 2 shows. Second week. Did not vary their act, but they went quite as strong as during the previous week. Justified former criticism. Believe they will draw money to the house. KINETOGRAPH:- ARRIVAL OF COL. WM JENNINGS BRYAN:-This is an interesting and timely film. JAPAN RAPIDS ON RIVER OZO:- Very pretty foreign series. KATHLEEN MAVOURNEEN:- Same dramatic series as last week. THREE AMERICAN BEAUTIES:- Described before.-
