212 "Fishing" This is an exceedingly good act, but the fact remains that it is not nearly as well played, either by the man who appears in "Tate's" role or by the Company, as it was when I saw it in New York at Hammerstein's. It failed to make a tremendous hit, altho I am inclined to believe it will go stronger with the night audience; and hope so, at any rate. It is a good act, however, and from its' novelty, fully worthy to be "featured" as a "headliner." 25 min. full stage, 2 shows. Quinlan & Mack. In their last year's specialty, "The Traveling Dentist". Got by all right this afternoon, but I am a little fearful of them when our "regulars" "look them over" for this place, on the bill. 17 min. in 1, 2 shows. The Wesselys. Pantomimists and jugglers. The juggling is nothing remarkable in itself; but they present it in a very attractive form somewhat similar to the "Agoust Family", but much better. They have a hoorah close, with four people throwing plates, that makes rather a sensational finish. Very good indeed. 18 min. full stage, 2 shows. Motion Pictures. O. K.
