PITTSBURG, PA. GRAND OPERA HOUSE  JAN. 7th, 1907.

BENDER & EARL- Olio in one. 3 shows. 12 minutes. Harp and violin with a little singing. This is a very fair act for the three a day section.

THREE MITCHELLS-18 minutes. 3 shows. Colored singing and talking act. While there are three in the act if it was not for the man of the trio it would be a very bad act. The work of Mitchell himself makes his an exceptionally good three show act.

THE FRANCELLIS-Palace. 17 minutes. Jugglers and balancers. 3 shows.
This is a very good act of the kind, being well dressed and the work as good as any I have seen. I would consider it a good act for any bill.

WM. INMAN & CO. - 15 minutes, special drop in one.
This is a very ordinary talking act and I would not care to take a chance on it later than 8:30.

MYSTERIOUS HOWARDS-13 minutes. Interior.
Similar act to the Zanzigs but not as good. However, the act is alright and causes considerable talk.

MILT WOOD-9 minutes. Olio in one. Wooden shoe dancer.
I think Mr. Wood is among the best dancers that we play. He is going very well with us.

A NIGHT IN ENGLISH VAUDEVILLE. 24 minutes. Special set in 3. 2 shows. This act was an agreeable surprise to me. It is one of the biggest laughing hits we have played and I feel sure it will increase our business some. There are 14 people in the act and they all dress very well. It is surely a novelty. I would like to be able to get something each week that would make as good as this act has.

BASQUE QUARTETTE-12 minutes; Olio in one. Operatic selections. 
This is a good act and going fairly well but I feel sure we would not want to repeat them for some time, owing to the fact that we have played them entirely too often.

CRESSY & DAYNE-Village Lawyer. 24 minutes, special set, full stage. 
I think the Village Lawyer is as good as any of the acts presented by Mr. Cressy. Is going very big and is one of the one of the first acts we have booked two weeks.

WORLD & KINGSTON-24 minutes. Opening in one, then interior, full stage, closing in one. Singing, dancing and talking. This act is going very well with us, especially the singing of Miss Kingston, which is far above the average.

LAVINE CIMERON TRIO-Comedy acrobatic act. This is a good act.- something away from the average vaudeville act.

HOWARD & RUTHERFORD-3 shows. Singing and talking. Work in one. 
German character and straight. Rather [inaned?] and pointless dialogue and must be watched for suggestions.

ARTHUR YULE-3 shows. 12 min. A fair act in the three a day section.
