Time 3 minutes. REEL No. 1. Time 14 minutes. REEL No. 2. Time 10 minutes. KARTELLO BROTHERS. (Did not wrrk matinee--turnks delayed.) Went well in evening. Their wrrk is clean cut and a big variety of evolutions with hoops and clubs are cleverly executed. Both men work straight. Full stage. Time 11 minutes. RAY SAMUELS. Went fair. Monologue and singing comedienne. Talk not so much, but gets by. Songs only fair. In one. Time 10 minutes. SMITH & HARRIS. Went well. Comedy act for two men, entitled "Dr. Knott." One man works straight the other in black face. Most of the dialogue is old(new to this generation) but it is well put over and wins lots of laughs. Act is very reminiscent of some of the old "nigger acts" yet it went with lots of life. Full stage. Time 15 minutes. QUEEN MAB & CASPER WEISS. Went well. Lilliputians in songs with changes of costume. Well dressed, Man is something of a comedian and the woman is quite a good singer for a midget. Act closes with a dance. In one. Time 12 minutes. USHER & WHITCLIFFE. Went well. A vocal comedy offering for man and woman, "The Ranch Girl." Both dress in western costume. Songs particularly well chosen and well rendered. Dialogue is good. An act with a plot that is not over-drawn. Full stage. Time 12 minutes. REEL NO. 2. Time 16 minutes. REEL NO. 3. Time 15 minutes.
