REPORT OF COLONIAL THEATRE SHOW, WEEK OF FEB. 21st, 1910. Burns & Fulton - singers, impersonators and novelty dancers. A very neat act, opened our show and went good. 12 minutes. Open in one, close in 3. Thea Lightner in a pianologue. Went well. 9 minutes in one. Three Keatons in their knock about act finishing with the two smaller children. A positive hit. 25 minutes in full stage. International Grand Opera Quartette - 2 men and 2 women - singing selections from the favorite operas. I had to put this act in place of Rooney & Bent on account of sickness. They were a positive surprise to me. Very good singers and went big with our patrons, while they lack stage presence, it could be made into a very fine singing act by a little training by someone who would give them points on getting on and off the stage. 15 minutes - full stage. Isabella Evesson & Co., in her sketch "A Proper Impropriety." A neat little sketch but did not take very well with our audience. 15 minutes - full stage. Tom Mahoney - story teller and singer of Irish songs. Went big. One of the hits of the show. 10 minutes in 1. Pederson Bros. closed the show. Great. A good novelty and went big. 6 minutes in full stage. Motion Pictures O. K. John F. Adams, Critic.
