REPORT OF THE COLONIAL THEATRE, LAWRENCE, WEEK OF FEB. 28, 1910. Alex Brisson - flexible statue. A neat act for one of its kind. Went good. 7 minutes in one. James Baker & Marguerite Murray in a singing and dancing novelty. A very neat act, both good dancers and singers. Was received very good by our audience. 12 minutes. In one. Herbert Brenon & Helen Downing Co., in "The Intruders." A very good comedy sketch. Went big. One of the hits of the show. 17 minutes in three. Bowman Bros. "The Blue Grass Boys," in a black face act. Went good. 16 minutes in one. Howard & Laurence presenting the "Stage Manager." A good act and went big. 17 minutes in one. Evans & Lee - a pair of fast steppers. A first class dancing act. Went very big. 10 minutes in one. Futurity Winner - a great act with an exciting horse race at the finish. Went very big and look to do a big week's business with it. 15 minutes in three.
