REPORT ON COLUMBUS SHOW FOR WEEK APRIL 18, 1910. W. W. PROSSER. TOPS, TOPSY & TOPS: Man and woman in a fairly good novelty set consisting of singing, acrobatic work and stunts by two dogs. The act goes a little slowly, but in the main is satisfactory and makes a fairly good opener. Finished moderately strong. 11 minutes, C. D. F. TWO PUCKS: Sang a number of character songs, the "tough number" finish taking them away in great shape. They were compelled to respond with several bows. 17 minutes, interior in 2. HENRY CLIVE & CO.: Made a very favorable impression on the audience and kept it laughing all the time. Perfectly satisfactory. Finished strong. Olio in one, 15 minutes. ALBERT [FOLE?]: English Boy soprano. This young lad is a great singer and made a distinct success. All of his numbers went very well and finished strong. 9 minutes, palace in one. VALERIE BERGERS & CO.: In "The Lion Tamer". The act gained the closest attention all the way through. Miss Bergers was accorded a reception upon her entrance, and the set scored a distinct success. Tehy [They] took several curtains at the finish, and the work of the star was unqualified. Supporting company very good. Special set in 5, 22 minutes. CLIFFORD & BURKE: This well known team of black-face comedians got along fine all the way through and finished strong, taking several bows. 20 minutes, street in one. GREAT HENRI FRENCH: This versatile artist hadn't any trouble in holding the attention of the audience as the closing number on the bill. As usual he did a little bit of everything, and his various offerings won favor from the house. Finished strong. C. D. F. in 3, 21 minutes. MOVING PICTURES: O. K.
