Boston B. F. Keith's March 6, 1922 Aesop's Fables: Better than usual but not as well received as last week. Topics of the Day: Not as good as last week. Fivek & Jenny "The Unusual Duo" 4 min in full stage Good roller skaters and made a fair opener. Sandy: 12 min in 1 Gus Edwards little protege, went over very good at the night show. Bevan & Flint: 13 min in 1 In number three spot for night show this act got a lot of laughs and went over very good. Franklyn & Charles 18 min in 1 and 4 spec. This well known act went over big. Eddie Ross: 20 min in 1 Blackface comedian went very good but has done better here on other occasions. Tempest & Watson: 20 min in 1 and 3 Prettily staged and both are good performers, but lacks the necessary punch. Closed to a fair hand. [Bobbe?] & Nelson: 18 min in 1 No change in this act's material and they have done better here. Gus Edwards & Co. 36 min in 1 and full stage spec. This revue is well costumed and staged but the punch comes during his closing in 1. Lack of Comedy. Adolphus & Co. 16 min in full stage spec. Very good dancing act with five people. Went fairly well closing. Pathe News: Good. CUTS: Bevan & Flint; Please eliminate the chorus about "Short skirts and Eve" in "Little by little" song. and the lines "Not with an apple" and "Lonesome Spine" Tempest & Watson: Please eliminate business of feeling lady's back" and reference to Hollywood.
