Orchestra 5 minues PATHE NEWS. 11 minutes MAXINE & BOBBY. 10 minutes in four. Very good act. Bobby's new dog seems even more intelligent than his predecessor. DIXIE HAMILTON. 12 minutes in one. Sings popular songs fairly well. NEWELL & MOST. "On the Lawn" 13 minutes in two. A fair singing act. TED & BETTY HEALY. 14 minutes in one. Good Act. Impersonation of Jolson by Ted. Dancing by Betty. Made a hit with our audiences today. JANE CONELLY & CO. Extravagant Wives, sketch. Special in three. 24 minutes. The sketch is well played. The theme of the sketch revolves around a question of the suicide of the principals. A rather gruesome theme although treated in a comedy manner. It is a question as to whether it is wise to place such a sketch before vaudeville audiences today. JOHNNY BURKE. 25 minutes in one. He repeated his former success and without a doubt is the funniest monologist in vaudeville today. CHARLOTTE LANSING with Esther Lorelle at the piano. 14 minutes special in two. Miss Lansing has a pleasing voice and personality and was undoubtedly a favorite with our people. RAYMOND HITCHCOCK. Pleased, but it was difficult to follow Burke in this spot. FOUR PHILIPS. 8 minutes. Special in three. These folks do some wonderful stunts and held the people in in this difficult spot. Notes: A fairly good show. CUTS; Dixie Hamilton, Please cut reference to Arcadia dance hall Ted & Betty Healy, please cut reference to Frank and Jessie James running the Biltmore and also gag about shooting the two letter carriers thinking that they were confederate soldiers as Hitchcock uses the same story. FOSTER LARDNER Providence E. F. Albee Dec. 25,'22
