Keith's Show Report, Week of August 26. Hearst-Pathe News--Interesting. The Rials:-14 min. 1 1/2 and f.s. Spec. Boy and girl in a neat novelty ring act. Made a nice opener. Went well. Morley & McCarthy Sisters:-12 min. in 1. These girls started a little slowly, but got going nicely and closed to a good hand. Moran & Wiser:-13 min. f.s. Spec. These men are in a class by themselves when it comes to hat juggling and pleased immensly. Harry Hines:-16 min. in 1. A little on the "nut" order. Got plenty of laughs and closed to a good hand. Stephens & Hollister:-20 min. in 2 1/2 and 1--Spec. A novel manner of presenting a neat, quiet talking skit. Both man and woman are clever and went over nicely. Count Perrone:-12 min. in 1. Perrone has a very pleasing voice and is ably assisted by Miss Oliver who plays piano and sings nicely. Have a very good program and went big. Wilton Lackaye & Co.:-18 min. f.s. Mr. Lackaye got a good reception on his entrance, and held the interest of all during his sketch. Went Fair. Trixie Friganza:-20 min. in 1. Miss Friganza has a lot of good material and put it over in fine shape, closing to a big hand. Study of Sculpture:-6 min. f. s. Better than the usual run of Posing acts. Went fair. Official War Pictures:-Closed the show well Cuts:-Harry Hines- Please eliminate "You Know What I Mean" and the accompanying gesture.
