BOSTON KEITH'S Feb. 3, 9 Orville Stamm:- 11 min. f.s. spec. This physical culture act is presented in a novel manner, and has quite a little comedy. Went well. Olga:- 10 min. in 1 and 2 1/2 This girl makes a nice appearance, and has some pretty costumes. Her finishing number put her over to a fair hand. Yip Yip Yaphankers:- 12 min. f. s. Spec. A little slow starting, but when they got into their acrobatic work it went over nicely, closing to a good hand. Harry & Anna Seymour:- 15 min. in 1. The girl in this act has some very good comedy, and combined with her dancing ability went over very good. Joveddah:- 23 min. f.s. Spec. This act is very beautifully staged, with plenty of oriental atmosphere. They held attention throughout their mind reading stunts by working upstairs and in the orchestra at the same time. Closed to a good hand. Frances Kennedy:- 22 min. in 1. Miss Kennedy went over nicely, closing to a good hand. Ruth St. Denis:- 30 min. f.s. Spec. Miss St. Denis has a well arranged program, but inclined to be a little long and drawn out. All her numbers were well received, and she closed to a fair hand. Laurie & Bronson:- 22 min. in 1. This boy and girl have a rather novel singing and talking skit. They got quite a few laughs, and closed to a good hand. Ara Sisters:- 10 min. f.s. Spec. These girls are exceptional dancers, but their act suffers through following the St. Denis act, and closing the bill. They held the audience fairly well considering. CUTS: Miss Frances Kennedy: Please eliminate the line "He sneezed the Star Spangled Banner, and I had to stand up all night.
