8 BOSTON SHOW WEEK JULY 4, 10. R.G. Larsen. (Monday afternoon.) THE HAVELOCKS. 15 minutes f.s. This is a rather clever juggling act which opened the bill in good shape this afternoon. CONLIN, STEELE & CARR. 20 minutes in one. A lively vaudeville act that stirred things up to-day, although it did not go as big as I have seen it in other houses. PORTER J. WHITE & COMPANY IN "THE VISITOR." 26 minutes f.s. This is one of the best dramatic sketches of the season, and good value for the money, but to-day it simply bore out a fact that has been becoming more apparent all season, namely; that dramatic sketched are losing a place in vaudeville here. It was listened too with attention throughout, but there was no great demonstration at the close. SIX AMERICAN DANCERS. 13 minutes in one. Same lively dancing act that has been played here before. Went as big as ever. BARRY & HALVERS. 16 minutes f.s. close in one. Filled the spot in fair shape. GEISHA GIRLS. 15 minutes f.s. In all the notices I have seen of the Geisha Girls, and at the time I saw them in New York, there were eight of them. Only six turned up here to-day. The act is as pretty as ever, and went very well. MARSHALL MONTGOMERY. 16 minutes in one. This ventriloquist went as well here to-day as he has anywhere I have seen him. OLD SOLDIER FIDDLERS. 25 minutes in two. This act proved a real novelty, and held the audience in good shape, notwithstanding that the old fellows had something to say about the Fourth of July that lengthened their act. MCPHEE AND HILL. 11 minutes f.s. A very good comedy bar act but would be much better earlier in the bill. It is a little slow in places for a closing act.
