REPORT OF MARYLAND THEATRE SHOW Baltimore, Week Nov. 7, 1910. THE KUMA FAMILY 9 minutes full stage. An ordinary Jap act, which makes a fair opener. HARRIETT BURT 12 minutes in one. An attractive woman, gorgeously gowned, making a stunning appearance. She has a pleasing voice and really should be about number 4 on the bill to be appreciated properly. THE HORSE DEALER 18 minutes full stage. I was a little afraid to play this act, but in this position it went very well and got good laughs throughout. GENE GREENE 20 minutes in one. This man has certainly selected material that just suits a vaudeville audience, and with it he scored one of the biggest hits of the season. BERGERE PLAYERS "ROOM 44" 16 minutes full stage - own set. The surprise finish of this act makes it a novelty in the sketch line that lifts it above the ordinary interest of the present day vaudeville one act play. ELSIE DURAND AND HER FOUR EMPIRE GIRLS 18 minutes full stage. The act is dressed prettily and the girls look and sing good. Elsie Durand's baritone solos received fair applause. BIXLEY & FINK 17 minutes in one. Melba and Caruso burlesque went very big. That's all there is to the act. BELLCLAIR BROS. 12 minutes full stage. The best and most finished act of its kind in show business. Going big. THE KINETOGRAPH Aviation picture - Very good.
