SUMMER SHOW B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE CINCINATTI, OHIO Week of July 27th, 1913. J. F. Royal COMEDY PHOTO PLAY: Split reel. CAINE SISTERS: 11 min. in one. Two girls in a sister act. Just fair voices, singing group of songs. They are well dressed, and they got by in this spot. DESTAFFANO BROS.: 10 min. in one. Two Italian boys in harp and violin musical act. Harpist is good, and violinist, because of his youthfulness, goes very big. They got strong closing. LOCAL PICTURES: Still going big and doing business. CLARE & MARTIN: 16 min. Two boys of neat appearance, in a singing and dancing act. They did not seem to have much life, and were dull in spots. Fair clothing. VAN & CARRIE AVERY: Open in one, then to full stage and close in one - 14 min. in all. Man and woman in comedy black face entitled "The Night Porter". This well known act went very big. MORSE, HAGENAY & BERNARD: 11 min. Three boys in a singing and piano act. Their program is only fair, and they are the poorest rathskeller act we have had this summer. Act is bright in spots, but has no punch. HONORS & LE [PEIGNE?]: F.S. Two men in a comedy acrobatic act. Went along nicely, getting many laughs, until one of the men fell in the first show near the end of the act, and broke two small bones in his leg. Went on in the second show despite the accident, but it was necessary to close in on him. The bill lost a good act by this accident. COMEDY PHOTO PLAYL Split reel JACK [CORELLI? SCRELLI?] TRIO 7 min. F.S. Three men and a woman in a pantomimic acrobatic act. Speedy action, and plenty of comedy. Proved good closing act for this show.
