Chase's Theatre. Washington, D. C. 
Week of December 1st.
Broadway Trio. Full stage. Can close in one. The did a lot of trash entitled "Fun in a Sanatarium". Very poor act and useless to us.
CARROLL JOHNSON. In one. His work always pleases our audiences extremely well and he is entitled to commendation from us.
MCWATTERS AND TYSON CO.
Full stage closing in one. They present "Scenes in a Dressing Room" and with their imitations, illusions, transformations, singing and dancing made quite a hit.
WINSCHERMANN'S BEARS
They did some very clever work indeed and never heaving played a trained bear act it was watched with close interest and received very considerable applause.
BEAUX AND BELLES OCTETTE.
We rather like this act but feel that it could be very much improved by being better dressed and securing prettier faces, better figures and voices than the women possess.
YORK AND ADAMS. 
All in one and considerable new material since they were here last. Must say their work met with approval upon the part of all.
PAUL BARNES AND CO.
Full stage. This act is not a bad one, nor can I say it is an unusually good one, but it may be played without hurting a bill.
THE VITAGRAPH IN CHINA.
Don't think much of the views this week.
