THE ORPHEUM. WEEK COMMENCING DEC. 15, 1902. No. 1 CHAMBERLAINS 13 min. Full stage, close in 1. Experts with lassos. An interesting novel act. No. 2 DE WITTS 13 min. Open in 2, close in 1. A young woman and a midget made up as an Irishman. Talking singing and dancing. The appearance of the midget keeps the audience in roars, and they make a decided hit. No. 3 LIZZIE EVANS & CO. 21 min. Full stage. "A Country Dance". It is a new sketch and I consider it an artistic little trifle, evidently a scene taken from a play. Good for this audience. NO. 4 MADGE FOX 12 min. Opens in 1, then to 2, close 1. Singing coon songs and doing acrobatic dancing and some somersaults in long dresses. Good. No. 5 DELMORE & LEE 10 min Full stage Revolving ladder act, which is daring and attractive. (Put on in place of 6 De Comas, who cancelled at last minute) No. 6 SHERMAN & DEFOREST 10 minutes Full stage close in 1. Man and woman in a strong comedy act called "The Last of the Regiment". Horse play and nonsense, but keeps the audience in roars. Reminds me of McAvoy and May. No. 7 iron 15 min. Full stage. Illusionist. Fair act Seems to please. No. 8 DOOLEY & TEN BROOKE 17 min. One Singing comedians. Have some new talk and both sing well. No. 9 C R E A T O R E 34 min. Full stage and his band of 48 men. Consider it the best feature I ever had. A sensation. No. 10 VITAGRAPH Presenting "[Serongs?] of Marlay's Ghost".
