YHR.--THE THREE MORTONS.--Sam, Clara, and Paul. This is without question the best and most thoroughly satisfying act in vaudeville today. Sam Morton is a good Irish comedian, Clara is as neat and dainty as ever she was, which is saying all that could possibly be said, and Paul is a clever dancer and a thorough painstaking artist. The act made a big hit and is bound to do it at any time and under any circumstances. They open with about 8 or 9 minutes in one, and close with a full stage. 28 minutes. HR.--LATINA.--A younf woman in a contortionist act. At the suggestion of Mr. Albee who saw this woman in Philadelphia she is working in one, and it makes all the improvement in the world in her specialty. She is very neat and does a very clever performance and made a strong impression in one of the best places on the bill. 13 minutes. YNH.--EVA WILLIAMS AND JACK TUCKER in their sketch "Driftwood" just the same to day as ever is exactly what the billing claims for it.--a slang classic. 24 minutes in full stage. NH.--Williams and Slater.--A couple colored comedians in about as good an act of the kind as there is in vaudeville. 14 minutes in one. GNH.--HAL. GODFREY AND COMPANY.--Two men and one woman in a comedy sketch similar to the "Private Secretary." I agree with Boston that it is one of the strongest laughing sketches that we have played for many seasons. 23 minutes, fullstage. YRR.--CONROY AND McDONALD.--Two men in a comedy talking and fancing act. These people have changed their act around considerably since I saw them last, and they have really got a very entertaining novelty. They did not show up to the best possible advantage this afternoon on account of the difficult place in the bill, but I think will make an exceedingly good foil, besides doing some clever dancing. 14 minutes in one. GHR.--CONN AND CONRAD.-- Two men in comedy and acrobatic act built largely on the lines of Hall & Stayley's sketch. Very good. 12 minutes open, full stage, and close in one. GYH.--HALE AND FRANCIS. A man and woman in a hoop rolling and club juggling act. It is the same specialty that they have done with us several times and is really a pretty act. Their work is clever and their ward robe of the neatest. I think in its entirety it is one of the best acts of the kind that we play. 11 minutes , full stage. MH.--JOHN HEALY.--Black face comedian. John is a reliable as he ever was, and in a bad place on the bill and only a few people in the audience he managed to hold his own. I think that he is about one of the surest propositions in the business as far as holding the audience is concerned. I know that he would go strong in a better place on the bill, and ge gets a much better place in the night show, but he is so sure of entertaining the people when there is a small house that the temptation to use him at that time is almost irresistable. 12 minutes in one. GYM.--FARNUM BROS.-- I am of the same opinion as that of every one else who has seen it on the circuit. It is a direct attempt to copy Farham and Hubbard, and is a lamentable failure from that standpoint. They manage to keep their audience fairly well interested while they are on, but that is about all. 12 minutes open in full stage, and close in one. S. K. HODGDON.
