Four Boises, 2 shows, 10 min. full stage--One of the most sensational sets we have ever had here, by two men, a boy and girl. They use the triple bar, instead of double, and gave a fine exhibition of what is known as aerial casting. George Wilson, 2 shows, 15 min. in 1--Blackface comedian. One of the laughing hits of the show, although he did not have much new material. Charles Aldrich, 2 shows, 15 min. full stage--Presenting his comedy juggling and burlesque magic. Made a hit, this being his first appearance here in nearly three years. Bioscope, 3 shows, 18 min. in 1--Excellent lot of motion pictures this week. Bates Musical Trio, 3 shows, 18 m9n [min]. open full stage, close in1--This act is made up of a man, his wife and daughter, who play acceptably on several music instruments, including cello, banjo and bell novelties. There is a song by the Trio, colored electric light effects introducing some of the music. Fair 3-a-day turn. Comment:- I think the show is an excellent one from the variety standpoint, the only conspicuous failure being made by Bonnie Thornton, who did not appeal to our audiejce [audience] any stronger than when she was last here. She is not worth one-half the salary she is drawing. I think MissbCree [Miss Cree] will improve as she was dreadfully frightened at the first show this afternoon and will go better, I think, during the week. If so, will send another report, as the girl is ambitious and we need all that is new and promising we can secure now-a-days.
