335 PHILA. PA. KEITH'S NEW THEATRE 2 Nirvana-12 mins.-Special set-And her horse, in living art studios The horse poses perfectly. Nearly every picture was applauded. The waits between the poses were unusually long, and this had a tendency to make the audience restless. Will go better to-night. Cooper & Bailey-15 mins. in one-Two coons, regular coon act in one. With lawsuits on our hands, and "niggers" insisting on boxes and front orchestra seats, I think perhaps Mr. Albee will cut out coon acts in the future. We do not need them, and they draw an element here that we do not want to cater to. Had more trouble to-day on the opening, and had to sell front seats to coons, which drives away the regular patrons. Amoros-werner Troupe-20 mins,-C.D.F. in 3-Five people, in a pantomime comedy, with a rough-house wind up. A great act. Was probably the real laughing hit of the show. Went with snap and ginger, with well deserved applause. Comment:- The schedule will have to be shifted considerably. The show contains plenty of good stuff, and when run right will make a very strong bill. Did not run smoothly to-day, but will be greatly improved by to-night. H. A. DANIELS.
