B.F. KEITH'S HIPPODROME. May 1st 1911 Cleveland, Ohio. H.A. Daniels. MILLER & LYLES. 2 men, colored. Time 10. In 1. Rather good dialogue. Close with an amusing boxing contest while dancing. LOUISE STICKNEY Time 10 F.S. Garden. Man comedy assistant. Miss Stickney has a cleverly trained pony and a Collie Dog. while this doesn't sound pretentious, she made a very neat and effective act out of this small material. Original throughout. CARL RANDALL. Time 7 In 1. Randall's songs and general deportment are closely copied after the style of Laddie Cliff. His strong point is unusually clever dancing. EDWIN STEVENS. Assisted by Tina Marshall. Time 23 C.D.F. Two clever entertainers who give abundant measure of variety. They have bright dialogue, they sing well and close with diverting impressions from Dickens. LOU ANGER. In 1. Time 12. "The German Soldier." Anger gives a diverting monolog on the follies of war. He was a hit at the opening matinee. EDWARD ABELES & CO. Man & woman. time 18. C.D.F. "He Tried To Be Nice." A very amusing and brightly written sketch, splendidly acted. Many laughs throughout and a big hand at close. CONROY & LEMAIRE. 2 men. Black face. "The Pinocle Fiends." Rather weary start. However they close well and to a fair hand. Time 17. SERGEANT BRENNAN. F.S. Time 11. This man is a wonderful diabolo player and of the eight or ten so-called experts in the game I have seen, this man stands head and shoulders above them all. He held the audience firmly from start to finish and was generously applauded at the completion of each trick. Novel. He carries considerable apparatus. Photoplane Daylight Motion Views.
