FIFTH AVENUE THEATRE REPORT ))--- WEEK OF JUNE 19th, 1911. BELLE ONRA PALACE? FULL STAGE. Nice appearing girl on trapeze doing the usual stunts, but seems tame after the other acts we have had. BRENT HAYES BANJOIST. OLIO 1. Plays well. Very good for a banjo act, but no comedy. AVON COMEDY FOUR. KITCHEN CLOSE IN ONE. They clean up as usual, and are really the only act in the show. MR. & MRS. ERWIN CONNELLY. "SWEETHEARTS" Special. A very beautiful sketch that goes well in spite of its being badly acted. With two real actors, this would be one of the prettiest and cleanest acts in vaudeville, but it is nearly spoiled by the impossible rendition of the characters, especially the man. PERRY & WHITE. OLIO 1. Man and woman. Coon shouters. Not much class, but gets by. EMMET DEVOY AND COMPANY. "THE SAINTLY MR. BILLINGS" C. D. F. A mediocre sketch, only fairly acted. It makes some laugh, but can not fail to make the judicious grieve. TRULY SHATTUCK OLIO 1. Looks pretty and sings four songs acceptably, closing with Alma. Mabelle Fonda Troupe. Garden. Club Jugglers. Two men and two girls. Fair act, but nothing very exciting. KINETOGRAPH. "THE CHIEF'S DAUGHTER" Story film. Fair. Robert E Irwin Music Hall, Pawtucket June 19-20-21 Jack Dresner, Diminutive Comedian and comical entertainer, 17 min in one - went good - Haight & Dean - Man and woman - in a Misfit Meeting - 17 min. - went good Six American Dancers, 3 men and 3 women - Dancing, costumes and stage effects were very fine - went great
