BOSTON SHOW - WEEK - JULY 24, 1911. (R. G. Larsen.) (Monday afternoon show.) IOLEEN SISTERS. 7 minutes f.s. Two girls on the tight wire with some very good sharpshooting on the wire. Rather attractive looking and good opening act. DUFF & WALSH. 12 minutes in one. A rather neat singing and dancing act. Held the spot acceptably. CULLISON-VILLA CO IN A FARCE, "MIS-MATED." 5 people. 18 minutes f.s. This is an old time comedy sketch with a good deal of boisterous fun in it, and got by very well in this spot this afternoon, with a number of laughs. JOHN NEFF & CARRIE STARR. 17 minutes in two, close in one. Doing pretty much the same act as when here before and getting away with it in great shape, although Neff's dancing is not as much of a feature as it formerly was. In fact, he does not do so much of it. "MENETEKEL." 13 minutes f.s. This man uses a ball and a large board covered with paper, the ball writing anything he dictates. After each word the paper is torn off, much the same as in cartoonist acts. TROVATO. 27 minutes in one. This Filipino violinist had the audience at his mercy and at the close of his act got about as big a hand as we have had in this house in a long time. "THE MEISTERSINGER ALL-STAR MINSTRELS. 60 minutes f.s. The second week opened with a big house this afternoon, and the act went as well as ever with a few changes in the program. Music Hall, Pawtucket, July 24-25-26 Leonard & Pierce - mand and woman - novelty singing and Dancing - Special Scenery - (good) - 20 min went good Bijou Comedy Trio (3 men) - "Those Sailor Boys" (looked good) "Novel Singing Skit" - 14 min in one went great 4 Sensational Olivers - 3 men and a woman - in a Wire act - 8 min - only Fair
