Music Hall, Pawtucket, R. I. July 27-28-29 Braddock & Leighton, man and woman - Singing, Dancing and Talking - 18 min in one - Went good Clinton Amos & Co. - 2 men and a woman - in a Comedy Skit, "Mrs. [???] Burglar" 20 min. Went good - Sensational Olivers - Going rather better than first part of Week - BOSTON SHOW - WEEK - JULY 31, 1911. (R. G. Larsen.) (Monday Afternoon.) ALLEN & CLARKE. 12 minutes f.s. This old time musical act seemed to get the audience in the proper spirit this afternoon, and closed big. FOX & WARD. 15 minutes in one. Got a hand when they came on and pleased all the way through. LOTTIE GILSON. 21 minutes in one. Miss Gilson made quite an impression from the start. Her line of material is good enough for any time, and "The Sunshine of Paradise Alley" had them singing to-day. MR. & MRS. HARRY THORNE IN "AN UPTOWN FLAT." 28 minutes f.s. This old time farce had them laughing for fair, and is about as good a sketch of the variety sort as we could get for a bill like this. MRS. ANNIE YEAMANS. 13 minutes in one. Got a very big reception, and closed equally strong. WARD & CURRAN. 25 minutes f.s. Doing the same stuff as the last time here and going as big as ever. MAGGIE CLINE. 21 minutes in one. She is perhaps the hit of the show. Her stuff is all new here and got over in good shape. AFTERPIECE, "SIM DEMPSEY." 13 minutes f.s. with George Thatcher, Lew Benedict, Hughey Dougherty, Harry M. Morse, and Mrs. Annie Yeamans. This real old time sketch was faked up for the occasion and made them laugh every minute. The entire company came in for a moment at the close. COMMENT. The show worked out as satisfactorily here as it did in other places. to-night the house was jammed to the roof, and every act on the bill made genuine hit. I have no doubt with any kind of weather we will continue to do business.
