FIFTH AVENUE THEATER. REPORT FOR WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 25, 1911. ALTUS BROTHERS. GARDEN 1. 8 Min Two neat appearing men doing club juggling. Nice little act and pleased. KALMAR & BROWN SPEC F. S. 12 M Singing and dancing. Very pleasing act and went nicely here. HEIM CHILDREN STREET 1 10 M Singing and comedy. The girl is nice looking and makes several changes. The boy does comedy after the style of Buster Keaton. They get by fairly well but were a disappointment for the city time after all that had been heard of them. MRS GENE HUGHES & CO. C.D.F. 28 M "YOUTH" by E. A. WOOLF. This is one of the best sketches this young man has turned 5TH Ave #2 9/25/11 the bill, booked as they were at the eleventh hour to fill a vacancy caused by Walter C. Kelly's sudden illness. RAWSON & JUNE Wood F.S. 10m Man & woman bow and arrow shooting, spear throwing and boomerang exhibition. Did well for a closer. PATHE'S WEEKLY. This weeks film showed among other things the Labor Day parade, the scene of the Beattie Murder Trial, The launching of a battle ship, Automobile races at Brighton Beach and the Cyclone at Charleston and Ladies' gowns from Paris. Note. The show was a pleasing one and better than seen here for some time, as a whole, but the business done can be laid wholly to Miss Russell. Robert E Irwin Manager.
