HIPPODROME - CLEVELAND December 11, 1911. LA TOY BROS: Very good act - Full Stage 9 minutes This act goes to SYRACUSE CHARLES NEVINS & ADA GORDON: Singing and dancing act in one, entitled "Little Miss Manicure" - Satisfactory for this position - [14?] minutes in one. This act goes to UTICA MARION GARSON & CO.: Singing sketch, entitled "The Belle Saville". I have always said that in this act, Miss Garson carried a lot of excess baggage, and filled in with a lot of mediocre talent. The sketch amounts to nothing. I never did amount to anything. Miss Garson in a straight act at $200 would be all right. I do not want her again with this Company or at the price. Three men and a woman - 20 minutes This act goes to SYRACUSE For some unknown reason there was a wait of four minutes between Marion Garson & Co. and Henry Horton and Company. The previous act claimed they could not close in one. HENRY HORTON & CO.: Sketch entitled "Uncle Lem's Dilemma". Interior set. This act is not bad, but it has nothing unusual to recommend it. Could be classed as fair value for the money. 25 minutes. This act open next week. MARIE FENTON: Singing Comedienne with costume changes. A good act. 12 minutes in one. Received a good hand. this act goes to TRENTON. PAUL DICKEY & CO.: Sketch entitled "The Comeback" - four men and one woman. A very lively sketch that thoroughly made good. Should be a great act for College towns - Special set 24 minutes This act goes to CINCINNATI FOX AND THE MILLERSHIP SISTERS: Pretty well known on the circuit. Always clever and generally hold down this spot in good shape. A very good act for Cleveland. 19 minutes in one. This act goes to COLUMBUS COLLINS & HART: This act is too well known for comment. I imagine they make a big hit in every town they play. They surely do in Cleveland. Full stage - 13 This act goes to DETROIT
