41 41 BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW DECEMBER 8, 1913. ZEDA & HOOT. "The Fiery Dragon and the Dancing Owl". 8 minutes, full stage special set. Went only fair. Man clever contortionist, but does nothing out of the ordinary. Much of the stuff having been done many times. before. FREDERICK HASTINGS. Singing and impersonations. 12 minutes in (1). Fair act of its kind but not this towns idea of vaudeville. went poor. ON THE SCHOOL PLAYGROUND. 20 minutes full stage, 8 girls 1 man special drop. went very good on the strength of comedian. Comedy acrobats. 13 minutes full stage. One of the best of its kind seen here. Comedy gets plenty of laughs. Applause not very hearty. ROACH & McCURDY. "The Prune Center Cut-Ups". 20 minutes in (1) special drop. Good act. Keeps the audience continually laughing although there seemed little of applause. W. E. Parmenter Manager.
