McNally Lorna Doone Sings four Scotch songs ., closing with Annie Laurie. Dresses in Scotch Costume. Works 12 minutes in one. Went fair at matinee, better at night. Comedy Bimbos man and woman Full stage - 15 minutes. hand to hand balancing and acrobatics, the woman doing the "underneath" work, which is hard for a woman. Comedy is good. Close with the "Bert Melrose" table and chair tumble stunt, but the man is in a barrel when the fall occurs, making it more difficult. went good, matinee and night also. Gross and Mooney man and woman Well dressed singing and conversation act. Work 15 minutes is one. Went good, matinee and night also. Report on acts playing The Scenic Temple, December 25, 26, and 27, 1913. Reported by C. L. McNally, Mgr. Carrie Lillie. One woman. Singing comedienne, who has a manner all her own. Presents four numbers, with well-selected changes of costume. 14 minutes in one. Went very good, at all shows. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Murphy. man and woman. Presenting The Comedy Sketch, "The Coal-Strike". Man is a greatr Irish character. They introduce much good comedy, singing, and dancing into the act, which is interesting from start to finish. 16 minutes in C.D.F., full stage. Hit Went big at all shows. Brooks and Bowen. Two colored men. 15 minutes in olio in one. Presenting a comedy, piano, singing and talking act, using some blackface in addition to the fact that they are colored anyway. The eccentric piano playing of one of the men is excellent, and is goof for many laughs. This act went over very good at all shows. De Lesso Troupe. Three men. Work in special set in fulls atge, with their own apparatus. Do between six and seven minutes. The act is one of a very difficult aerial work, and casting. The member who does the casts does all the work himself, as one of the members is out, ill. This act is very daring, and elicits many gasps, and a went very good, at all shows. Note- Every act on the bill did finely, and got away with a good hand at every show.
