B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, OHIO. Week of May 10th, 1914. John F. Royal. NELSON AND NELSON 9 min. F.S. Garden. Two men in a novelty athletic act, working on stilts. This is a very unique act and proved very pleasing. For an opening, it served well. NEW YORK LIGHTNER AND JORDAN 11 min. in One. Two girls, with a piano, in a repertoire of clever songs some old and some new. These girls put their material over in good shape and closed big. DETROIT. CHAS. AHEARN TROUPE 11 min. F.S. Two scenes. Special. This act was a big comedy hit. Had them laughing all the way. Had enough stuff for a "Ben Hur" production. DETROIT. DUFFY AND LORENZE 15 min. in One. Special. Boy and girl in singing and talking. This act is very pleasing in this spot, and, while they started off a bit slow, they worked up well and closed in good shape. Proved very enjoyable. KNOXVILLE. "LASKY'S RED HEADS" 29 min. F.S. Special. No use to describe the success of this act. Bigger hit than last visit in September. INDIANAPOLIS. WILLIAMS, THOMPSON AND COPELAND 13 min. 8 min. open in One, 5 min. close F.S. Spec. Three men in burlesque comedy "The Burglars' Union". This was no spot for this act. We should have had an act exclusively in One. The act got good laughs, but it would have been much better earlier on the bill. Their F.S. close caused a wait. INDIANAPOLIS. SIX SAMARIANS 7 min. F.S. Russian Dancers. The usual type of athletic Russian dancers. Held them in in fair shape, and interested as far as these acts go. OPEN. LOCAL MOTION PICTURES Among the best we have had this season. CUTS "Crank her yourself from Duffy and Lorenze. "Hell" from Williams, Thompson and Copeland.
