DOROTHY SOUTHERN TRIO--- "In A Musical Treat"--three girls; singing, dancing, piano and two violins; change of costumes; 14 min. full stage; went good. LEIGHTON & KENNEDY--- "Two Black Dots"--two men in a blackface comedy act; principally a talking act and dancing; 12 min. in one; went only fair. JOHN E. HENSHAW & GRACE AVERY--- Presenting "A Table D'Hote"--catchy songs, some breezy patter their restaurant scene and take-off on a taxi ride went very good; open in one and closed in full stage; 20 min. whole act went big. MUSICAL CHRISTIES--- Man and woman, play saxaphones, trombones, French horns, xylophones; carry plush drop; very neat appearance; 10 min. in two; went fair. HILL & ACKERMAN--- "Snonsense"--two men and a woman who comes from the audience; comedy talk; acrobatics, burlesque balancing, etc.; 10 min. full stage; went good. HOWARD--- "The Scottish Original Sub-Vocalist"--There is fun aplenty all thro this act--he has two dummies; he and his dummies are all garbed in Scottish kilts; his singing of the patriotic song where the audience all join in with whistling of the chorus went great; opened in full stage and closed in one; 22 min.; whole act went very big.
