REPORT ON SHOW PLAYING THE SCENIC THEATRE PAWTUCKET R.I. June 7, 1917. Alexander Bros. Two men one woman in full stage special set. Ball Bouncing which made a good novelty. Went Well. 10 Min. Bensee & Baird Man and woman in one 18 Min Comedy Offering with songs and comedy talk and a little dancing. Went Fairly Well. Thos. Potter Dunn Works in one 20 min. Comedy offering of song in dialets. Went Very Good. Harold DuKane Co. Man and two women in full stage special set. 15 Min. A beautiful dancing offering. Beautiful wardrobe and hansome stage setting. The Act pleased a good many but not a majority of our patrons. Went Fair. BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, June 11, 12 and 13. LESTRO---- "The Whistling Girl"--very neat appearence; whistling popular melodies; 9 min. in one; went fair. KELLY & GALVIN--- "The Italian and the Actor"--character comedy act; the Italian seems to get everything mixed to the great delight of the audience; little dancing, singing and principally talking; 20 min. in one. This act went over great. Tremendous applause. THE HIPPODROME FOUR--- "Dinklespiel's Night School"--four men; special drop in two; comedy offering with a lot of slap stick comedy and harmony singing; 14 min.; went good. [Signature: A. S. Watson]
