REPORT BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., MONDAY, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 27, 28 and 29. HANLON & WARD--- Comedy Aerial Artists--man and woman--special set--12 min. full stage; went fair. WARD, CALVERT & HUGHES--- Some Songs, Some Comedy, two men and a woman; comedy singing and talking skit; one of the men works in the audience; 15 min. in one; went fair. FIVE ST. CLAIR SISTERS--- In a Musical Divertisement; play piano and string instruments; also sing two songs in French. 13 min. Went fair. P. S.--The patrons are knocking this show--heard quite a few remarks as they passed out, also on the street. [Signature: A S Watson] REPORT ON SHOW Playing Scenic Theatre Pawtucket R.I. Aug. 27, 1917. Edgar Berger works in one 8 min. Gymnast who talks while he works does a neat luttle act Went Good. Senna & Webber man and woman in one 10 Min. comedy singing character changes. with dancing. Went Good. Harry Anger & The King Sisters Man and two women in two special scenes. Singing comedy talk with a little dancing. 16 Min. Went Fairly Well. The Rising Generation 10 clever kidies in full stage 20 min. Special set An Appeal for enlistments. A wonderful little offering well put on and some clever singing and dancing and poetry. This act will get us some money. Went Very Big.
