Boston, Mass., B.F.Keith's Dec. 24th., 7. Francis & Ross;- 11 min. in 1. These two boys have a genuine novelty dancing act that went over very good in the opening spot. Chief Caupolican;- 12 min. in 1-1/2. This well known singer scored a positive hit in number two spot. Le Roy, Talma & Bosco;- 27 min. f.s. Spl. set. This act makes a big flash and all three principals are clever show people, producing an illusion act that pleased all the way through but did not get much for their finish. Grace De Mar;- Miss De Mar has a very pleasing personality and a collection of very interesting stories that got many laughs and closed strong. 21 min. in 1. Vadi & Gygi;- 16 min. f.s., Spec. An excellent violinist and graceful dancer is a rather classical program that put them over to a good hand. Lambert & Ball;- 18 min. in 1. Just as big a hit as on their other visits here. Lew Dockstader;- 17 min. in 1. Mr. Dockstader put over a wonderful performance and went even bigger than last season. Stella Mayhew;- 18 min. f.s. and 1. A very difficult spot for any single, particularly a girl who has been accustomed to the excellent support of her partner Billie Taylor. While she seemed to miss Billie, Miss Mayhew proved conclusively that she is perfectly capable of putting over a corking single and went big. The Flemings;- 8 min., f.s.. Spl. The act starts slowly, giving the audience the impression that it is an ordinary posing act. After getting started on an exceptional routine of clever hand balancing and ground work, they held the house well and closed very strong. Remarks;- The Flemings were unable to open Monday afternoon on account of delay in transportation. Cuts;- Chief Caupolican;- Please eliminate King Edward 7th. gag. Le Roy, Talma & Bosco;- Please cut line "Lay it there" referring to egg.
